An innovative solution for outdoor spaces
One of the largest national urban regeneration projects was being created in Milan, where residential, commercial and service buildings coexist in a green area integrated into the ecological infrastructure that surrounds the metropolis. The firm needed to find an innovative solution, which could be both eye-pleasing to the future tenants and practical when in use.
The challenge
High-quality cladding for balconies
A solution that would allow future tenants to live carefree, in comfort and elegance in the open spaces of their homes was needed.
It was necessary to create a refined and easy to maintain flat surface, which would facilitate the drainage of rainwater and, above all, which could adapt to the various systems and the different heights of stratigraphy.

Luxury Style took up the challenge: in order to best meet such a particular need, we have offered a matching ambitious solution.
After a few months of collaboration, we made a proposal for our brand: a porcelain stoneware with a thickness of 20 mm, in the 60×60 cm format, laid on special feet. The choice that allowed us to satisfy all the requests of the design studio, from the containment of the floor to the different thicknesses of the stratigraphy.
Results
From the first contact to a strong collaboration
The idea was of such a high success that, from the first floor sample of a few hundred square meters, we were further entrusted with the construction of the exteriors of the balconies of 600 apartments.
The tailor-made project, under the Luxury Style brand, from the idea to the specific result, laid the foundations for a strong collaboration: the client subsequently entrusted us with the creation of part of the interiors of the offices, as well as other paramount residential projects.
